If for some reason you receive a damaged package, let us know right away.

Though we have never had a bag returned, we are prepared. For damaged packaging, our refund and returns policy lasts 2 weeeks from shipping tracking delivery. Product satisfaction is for 6 months.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If not salvagable, a photo will suffice.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your request for a return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
