Return and Refund Policy

Overview

We are humble and honored to not have ever had a return because the product did not work.

We ask that you carefully inspect your package for any damage upon arrival. If your first time using Nviroclean, that you follow the instructions. Its’ use is not like any other. If the product fails to work, document the spill and ineffectiveness with a photo. Our refund and return window is 14 days.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will determine a solution on a case by case basis, but the normal policy is that we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Very rarely do we require you to return the product. You of course would have opened it, so the determination for a refund is on its inability to clean your spill.

To complete your refund, we require proof of purchase. You can send the order number, your user name, your email and the date of the order.

Refunds

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and will also notify you of the determination of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
